RETURN POLICY

At KP Boot Company, our goal is simple: We want you to feel as confident in your order as we do in our products. You may return merchandise purchased online for size or fit reasons within 30 days of shipment of your order, provided it has not been damaged, washed, altered, or worn. Returning your KP Boot Company merchandise is hassle-free, please make sure you include all of the original packing slips.

 

Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. Please note, a $10.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for using this label.

 

* Items purchased on the KP Boot Company website may be returned at our retail store. Simply bring in your items to our Paulding location, and we will assist you with a return or exchange – free of charge.

 

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Gift Cards, eGift Cards, and Final Clearance items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. 

 

If you purchased your order in store at KP Boot Company, it would need to be returned to the KP Boot Company store for credit. Please keep the return tracking number until your account is credited.

 

GETTING CREDIT

We’ll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. Your refund will be credited to your original form of payment in 7-10 business days, in the amount of the purchase price plus any applicable taxes. It may take one or more billing cycles for your credit to appear after your return has been processed. Processing time varies.
